So help me out here, LEXG said they were not dealing with SPCL cause the tech wasn't suitable for their needs...but today I come across these, what gives?

Both mention the previously renounced deal and ongoing business with them, so was the announcement on the 11th just smoke? Or are these out of the loop you think?
