nobody cares because sunw is playing poker.
someone mentioned fresno 2mw "deal". That "deal" was for 10mil or $5/w.
Today you will have it installed for 3 bucks OR LESS!!
The PRs rarely give $ amounts. This is probably a 6-7 million dollar deal.

Price isn't moving up, but there isn't a selloff as well.
PRs are basically signaling that management is calling bottom (for now)
