They are supposed to be, but then again they haven't been current in years. They did this because OTC Markets changed their tier requirements for SEC reporting companies, you can no longer get a yield sign by just posting an 8K in EDGAR. So financiers will not hand over money to a company that has a stop sign, so they are trying to get around it by filing this Form 15.

Idiots just trying to keep this scam alive.
