Neither do I man , I'm surprised just as much as you , .0020 should be hit sometime today I would imagine as well.

I guess people tend to flock with tickers that only have news or major volume , regardless of the float or ss.

A little bit of volume last week showed how thin and easy the pps can move , but I have no idea why this isn't be traded at a higher volume today.
