I did text Frank for second time and asked if any progress was being made but again got no reply. The longer this plays out the more I realized that there is nothing here. I think the web site was just a front to stimulate some interest to dump some shares. The only way this moves is on a RM. I do not believe that management has the ability to bring any Co. public. Frank's past endeavors didn't amount to much so I have little confidence at this point. GLTA
