I wish you would participate more fully. We can learn from you in various ways....from just being able to sense concern or fear in a fellow board member can bring me to sharpen my own senses. But it's another member's excitement that will humble me as irrational exhuberance? will move me to caution another while doom and gloom might push me the other way.

I do hope you'll consider putting in your two cents. It can strengthen our board, making us all stronger in commitment.
