IP announces a new project to be developed and major executive changes to guide the company
" Imagination Park Entertainment Inc. (CSE: IP) (OTC: IPNFF) (" Imagination Park " or the " Company ") is pleased to announce it has signed onto Collectors , a sci-fi project featuring Jean Claude Van Damme and Kris Van Damme and produced and directed by Trevor Seeley, Kris Van Damme with Imagination Park.
COLLECTORS is an action sci-fi series set in a gritty, visceral universe where two once peaceful nations are now separated by the stars. It follows the efforts of Earth's elite military squad and their alliance with an old generation of enhanced interstellar soldiers, as they fend off the incoming invasion of genetically modified super soldiers known as THE COLLECTORS.
Jean Claude Van Damme, an international movie star, will be acting with his son Kris Van Damme who is also a highly accomplished martial artist and actor in his own right.
Gabriel Napora stated "I'm ecstatic to be working with world-class talent like Kris Van Damme, Trevor Seeley and, of course, Jean Claude Van Damme. This is a very exciting project for Imagination Park and it's our highest priority to deliver an exceptional immersive film and VR experience. Additionally, after much consideration, I have decided to step down as CEO of Imagination Park and transition to my new role as Chief Strategic Advisor. This allows me to focus 100% of my passion on what I truly love to do - discover and produce amazing VR & film projects like Collectors."
Yas Talaat, newly appointed Chief Creative Officer of Imagination Park, added "the prospect of creating a unique sci-fi project with one of my childhood heroes - Jean Claude Van Damme, is nothing sort of a dream come true. In addition to working with Jean Claude, we will be teaming up with his incredibly talented son Kris Van Damme, and brilliant creative partner Trevor Seeley, to deliver something truly amazing."
Yas continued, "today I am also excited to officially step into my role as Chief Creative Officer. I can now fully entrench myself in the development of Imagination Park's upcoming projects, and channel all my energy and efforts into what I do best: being creative, discovering talent, and finding some of the coolest projects out there, like Collectors ."

The Company plans to begin production of Collectors within 60 days. Imagination Park will be filming a proof of concept and assisting to create a screenplay with the intention of achieving financing for a potential feature or TV series at a later date.
Additionally, the Board of Directors of Imagination Park has approved Alen (Paul) Silverrstieen as the new CEO & President to oversee growing corporate operations as well as administer Imagination Park's newly enhanced and evolving governance processes.
Paul is a global entrepreneur with over 20 years experience managing and growing technology companies. Recently, he founded a software company with offices in NYC and India focused on leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to optimize sourcing and selection of job candidates. Previously, Paul was a senior executive managing a conglomerate of small companies for a boutique private equity firm providing recruitment, security, and technology consulting throughout North America. Paul founded and launched GTS in the 1990's, one of the pioneers in prepaid communications, and led it public on NASDAQ within three years. At GTS, he spearheaded licensing deals with Fortune 500 and leading North American brands.
