You are absolutely right. We should sell stock in a Nasdaq biotech company that is receiving government grants and clinical trials are registered on a government website to buy an OTC company with no funding and no legit proof they are really doing too much of anything. Great idea!

That company is broke with over $350k in convertible debt. $ARGS has over $50 mill in cash.
