You will receive "approximately 9 shares" according to the announcement. :)

"... all shareholders of record, holding a minimum of 1.2m shares of PNOW common stock, will receive approximately 9 shares of Series BB Preferred Stock as a dividend ..."

Not 9 shares for every 1.2 million shares owned...

I truly hope it was a misstatement not a tactical / practical joke on investors. I may just buy 2.4 million shares to find out!
