Wrong! Hundreds of "SEC Reporting - Delinquent" OTC stocks are in this same tier but with total different outcomes: some had no any luck thus they were already canceled by FINRA/SEC (such as safc and mfth did in 2016), some with this kind of risk status for many many years (such as brte's Seven Years) but they are still trading now, and the rest of them are just like VGTL with only a couple of year's risk status and they might be stayed for many more years like brte or they would be canceled like safc and mfth. The fate of a "SEC Reporting - Delinquent" stock is totally depending on the SEC/FINRA's random decision unless the company do something to help!
