What a joke! Seth Shaw has been simultaneously giving 110% of his time to multiple companies for years! Everybody that has followed TAUG for any time at all knows Shaw is a "part-timer", getting paid like a real full-time executive! "Shareholder value" is not even close to a primary focus!

It has been demonstrated over and over and over that Seth Shaw's #1 PRIORITY is "Seth Shaw"!
