True, GTRQ has gone dark and Sullivan offers no information.

I've read other GTRQ websites that claim Gregg is invoking his "first amendment rights" by keeping shareholders in the dark, i.e., The right to NOT to reveal anything if one so chooses.

I believe that may be confusing the first with the fifth amendment, the option of saying nothing which is derived from the fifth amendment privilege against self-incrimination.

Perhaps Gregg and his promoters don't understand that the First Amendment provides no protection for speech regulated by federal securities laws.
