Never said I knew more. I just said what was obvious to a person who studies cases before the Court of Appeals. I dont know if Mr. Kidrin does, but I suspect that he pays his attorneys to do just that. Neither is Mr. Kidrin required to supplement the 10K with meaningful cases sitting before the COA. That is not the function or purpose of the 10K.

Some investors here have rationalized owning this stock on a lot more than just the 10k.

In fact if I did just that I would never own the large position I have now. But I do take solace in knowing that there are some investors who buy or sell this stock just off the 10k. It creates more of opportunity for others.
