Of course you're searching for "reason" or "reasonableness" in a Bourque management that has never effectively exhibited the capacity for either .

I finally stopped trying to undertand the method or the madness that guides the decision making process at BI last year . I'd been a long time supporter , customer and forgiver of Bourque transgresssions against shareholders for a long time. No longer, this management is indefensible based on their track record and unprofessionalism in my view.

After 6 + years of watching the constant mistakes and lapses of judgement and managerial malaise, I've come to expect little in the way of Bourque management. It's easier on the frustartion level that way. Expect little , get little, makes it tolerable

This latest set of "financials" confirms that my view is accurate , again.

Kudos though to BI for at least getting financials out , and I did notice in there somewhere that they actually paid some back Federal taxes of $5,000+ , which tells me there's at least a faint pulse in Arizona.
