You're right. I had forgotten about the 15% of JDZ-5 that ERHC believes they still own and the JDA believes they returned. I guess Oranto believes it was returned, as well, since they have pressed on with seismic while ERHC has been arbitrating/amicably settling the dispute.

Maybe a smart play for ERHC, if they can last long enough. Let Oranto/others spend the money first, then do a full court press on the issue if they find something worth developing.
