$AKAO has been on buyout watch after Doug Lankler and Freda Hll expressing the importance of antimicrobial division expansion within Pfizer and mentioning Achaogen by name in recent read outs as an interesting candidate for tackeling this area as a priority interest in 2017. Doug Lankler says at least a billion dollar market available for next generation antibiotic able to tackle resistant strains of bioorganisms. On watch for $55 buyout
