Gem, thats what I am trying to figure out, who are the insiders that made all this money, all the money was accounted for. It was spent on equipment, vent pipe, lumbar, permits, air hose, munition storage facilities, office space. They paid for the electricity, the fuel for the generators, the rental for the office and paid the phone bills. Were all those people getting money but not providing there services. They ran into a few unplanned disasters during the blasting of one of the tunnels that was unforseen when they were that close to a new channel so where are the insiders that made off with all this money?
