I don't know how closely you have been watching, but my observation has been that there will be no activity for a while and then suddenly there will be a spurt of a million (or more) shares occurring at a time. My speculative guess would be that company execs and Market Makers are loading up on the stock and preparing for its run. If the float is even remotely close to being accurate, that would suggest the time for a PR is coming soon. All my opinion and speculation. GLTA.
