You didn't really expect the stock to react to some minor patent news, did you?

If the patents were unexpected maybe there might have been a bounce.

Fact is that every long in every biotech out there already believes that their company has the IP required to be able to make and sell their products. When actual patent news comes out it is a non event as that was already baked in.

SGYP is no different in that regard.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
