Restated : $0.77

That's because the gold they used as collateral for a loan qualifies as an investment and not inventory. And the price of gold is up.

The problem was of course the VIE and the money they want to raise. They basically destroyed the stock by filing that S-3 for $80,000,000.

On September 27, 2016, the last reported sales price of our common stock was $2.29. We will apply to list any shares of common stock sold by us under this prospectus and any prospectus supplement on the NASDAQ Capital Market.

Boggles the mind. They made the same mistake as all the others.
Could be another trap like NUIN.
