Not scared of investing. It's called due diligence. This is on the Caveat Emptor list more than once. They issue a options contract with a 5 year expiration date of $1.85 which can be exercised when you so called $4.00 price level has been reached(in your brightest dreams).Check out the way they file their 8K filings...I've seen many of these false filings in my days working at NY Stock Exchange and UBSNY as a fraud investigator and this is very amateurish. Do what everyone else does and day trade the heck out of this and get out.
