It is 100% clear even from the link provided that the authorized shares were once 10 MILLION in 2006 and have been increased to 200 MILLION per OTC Markets. The 2 billion we see here is registered to Tribeka Tek Inc in 2002.. not too sure why this is hard to understand... Its 100% OBVIOUS from L2 alone that there are only 200 Mill Authorized.
