Involuntary Chapter 7 petition filed against EcoCab

On March 23, 2017, several of EcoCab's creditors filed an Involuntary Petition for Chapter 7 bankruptcy against EcoCab, essentially telling the court that they're not getting paid and asking that the U.S. Bankruptcy Court assign a trustee to liquidate the company's assets in order distribute the proceeds to the creditors.

Though there yet no filing to download, it appears that on March 31, Conway and Go Eco (LIBE) filed its claim, probably for the $182,250 it gave to EcoCab.

I have no idea where Go Eco will end up in the pecking order, but maybe Conway will end up with one of the Model S Teslas, and he can bolt a Guard Lite to it to make a self-charging, perpetual motion Model S, then write some additional software to incorporate the Guard Lite's camera into Tesla's automonous-driving sensor suite.

Here's an image of the third filing by the original petitioning creditors, which shows the amounts they're owed:

Finally, since Conway/Winters is no longer a Mod, I've edited the iBox intro to delete all of the EcoCab propaganda.
