A 'sleeper' penny stock which never have seen a all-time-hype is a totally different stock but a stock after such a hype. Additional: the former 'sleeper' PLPL in 2012 has promised unbelievable great products and revenues - this is a totally different PLPL compared to the PLPL today: Products have been transfered dubiously to another pennystock, revenues are near zero, shareholder relation is zero, no proper reports anymore and no explaination by the management about anything. This is not a sleeper at all anymore as we - today - know what is going on - we didn't know in 2012 how dubious this stock will develop and how dubious this management behaves.
There are much better pennystocks out there - PLPL is really not worth it anymore.
