I wouldn't get too bent over the price.

at .00001 that was a $2.50 cent trade and probably went to a MM as a closeout position. (surrending of shares). That 250,000 shares is going to haunt that person when this takes off.

I am pretty sure ETRADE (where I buy from) will not let someone sell at .00001 (only .0001). That is what leads me to think someone voluntarily surrendered their shares and got a small parting gift of $2.50.
