Hi redsky7 -- I'm sure I'm not telling you anything you don't already know, but Paragon Shipping Annual Report is out today. Superb summary of current climate for small shipping co's, and it appears that, though great uncertainty persists, they managed to skillfully steer the company to a $37 million REDUCTION in debt year-to-year. I am no expert in reading financial reports; still, looks like they are more than deserving of being given credit for skillful management in the coming few quarters.
