Very painful indeed! I took money out of another educational toy company that was going private and invested it in Spiral Toys based on the published qualifications of the management team. Sure, pinkies are risky, but you would think an executive with Sony and Disney would bring a ton of ideas as well as entice some talented coworkers to join in the new venture.
