It depends on the region of the country where the investors get their opinions on $RAD. In the Dallas/Fort Worth area many of the Rite Aid stores are new construction and are clean and neat operations. I can't say the same about all the $RAD in my neck of the woods where they have been around since the dawn of time.

Some of the newer stores here are real nice and some of them to be quite frank with you are rat holes in comparison to the competition.

I can see where he is coming from.
