Interesting facts that the Shorters are trying to exploit
One aspect that the Shorters are trying to sway opinion with is that there are no RAW images from the Blade Optics prototype. The video shown with the hand waving in front of the unit is as RAW as you will ever get. And yes, the unit is good for both video as well as snapshot photography. Additionally, almost all images are processed, especially astrophotography.

Look at the first video on-line:

Next is that the company is broke. Interesting, as at December 31st, 2016 the Audited Financial Statements show an asset balance (mainly Cash) of $ 2,879,549. The burn rate seems to be close to $140,000 per month ($ 1,696,865/12), which gives the company approximately 2 years of operating without having to raise a dime. Doesn't seem like they are broke to me.

Finally, that the Chairman of the Board is selling shares. Yes, yes he has. But what you need to look at there is that he is 92 years old, has a mining background-not tech and is most surely going to be replaced when the companies merge. Also, he has sold a very small portion of his position, mainly to pay for his options/warrants. This is so insignificant, but because he is management they are trying to make this a big deal. If he had sold all of his shares I would be marginally concerned. He is not a key member of their team.

Longs, keep posting your comments, as these bashers aren't going anywhere without pushback and support.

Iggy.

I would add that the other comment I have been seeing is that the company has no revenue. Of course they don't. They just released their fist prototype. How many companies have revenue before they launch their actual product. Ridiculous argument.

What is interesting to me is that the company was able to keep their prototype a secret up until the launch. No leaks of images or other details. That shows me that the management team on this is extremely strong and in control of the company.

This is one of the best opportunities I have seen in years, and it is being manipulated by a few with deep pockets.
