Go to biozoomfairfund.com I emailed and received emails from Dan who is the distribution agent. Dan said it would "most likely" be around June 1-17 before the distribution occurs. You will see on the web site the money has already been transferred to the distribution agent and as soon as they finalize their due diligence they will submit the final distribution plan to the SEC, following that the distribution is to occur!
