As we all know, the company can raise only $1.8 million through the shelf between now and September, and the next best money raising vehicle would be a private placement.

Do you know what the private placement investors do to quickly make money back after they give up money in the private placement?

Since private placement shares are not registered, those shares are of no use for shorting purposes.
