Letter to Fred Sommers concerning potential R/S!!!


Hi Fred,

Hope you had a great week. I'm a current shareholder that has a little over $50 K invested in RBT. It's very concerning to hear that another R/S is on the table.

Would the R/S have an affect on management and private placement investor (Specifically the investors tied to Hains Celestial group) shares or will they be immune affecting only those who purchased directly from the market?

Surely getting the bid price to a $1 minimum should not be a difficult task within the next 6 months. Dumping the blackhole in SA would drive the earnings / price above the $1 threshold; would you agree? Also,management could collectively purchase block shares directly from the market to drive the price up.

What is your opinion on the probability that the bid price of $1 would not be reached and maintained for 10 days over the next 6 months? Also, what is the probability that shareholders would approve of an R/S or is that moot because management has majority voting rights?

Finally, what are your thoughts of being de-listed from Nasdaq and being bumped to the OTCBB until compliance is regained opposed to the R/S? Surely the new Business Strategy involving major cost cutting as well as the proposed targeting of large CGP companies will have an impact in short term to drive pricing up; thoughts?
