This corporation has immortality, perpetual existence, as of 9:00 a.m. (Eastern time)

on July 2, 2004.

This corporation was managed for the long run. Shareholders, directors, and officers could come and go, no matter,
the corporation would continue. Thus, it became a safe place for investors.
VC's invested with long term goals for PROFITS.
So, back in 2004 the company had to not only plan for the moment, but also for the far off future, (like now) AND THEY DID.
If you do not understand what any of this means, well it means..
