The stock is either selling at a tremendous discount or we are all suckers for holding shares in unmarketable and outdated technology. Buy now and you get first mover advantage and a possible ten bagger. But the stock typically trades on low volume and has been in a downtrend basically since inception. It can easily drop to a new lower channel with no way to get out if your position is too large. They have missed many milestones, including one a few days ago. The goal posts continually are pushed forward, months become, quarters and quarters become years.

I think they are truly close now, but close is not good enough and can only sustain us for a short while. They need the signed Areva JV by June or people will lose patience, and probably rightfully so. If the Areva JV is finalized it will open the floodgates, investors will pour in and so will nuclear facilities wanting to use their tech with the confidence Areva backing them will bring.

I am holding til June. If nothing by then I expect it'll be 20-30% lower from where we are now and I'll sell at a big loss. But if it comes together this will rocket to 5 easily and then possibly keep going depending on the quality of the news and payouts.
