This gives them a total of 90 days after the end of their fiscal year, in order to file on-time. Seems to me that it would be Dec 31, although those numbers don't crunch properly. The law allows a 75d period in which to file, with a near-automatic 15d extension, if the extension paperwork is also filed on time. Assuming they filed on time, Mar 31, 75 days goes back to Mid-Jan, which would make their filing late already, if their FY ended Dec 31. Is there some way to find out what their business FY is? That will then tell us what the deadline was supposed to be, and allow us to know when they will file their 10-k, even with the extension.

But, this does seem to be very good news! Fingers crossed
