I personally do not believe it's dexcel. Seen that on stocktwits. Always possible but that's not the clog, imo. I understand the delay is external and not this waiver. My point was though: If waiver was not retroactive, they mat not have filed before now regardless of other circumstances without losing out on 2 million. I'm not familiar with waiver rules so was asking.
