For some reason shareholders of penny stocks are unable to apply any critical thinking to their investments.

"I trust the CEO" is the essence of the DD process lol

Lets see, without news an extraordinary price & volume spike one day, contemporaneously with a penny stock sleaze ball promo, followed by decreasing price on lower volume the next

Hard to tell how that happened lol
