Not until they get that patent issued. THAT is what the value of SVFC was all about. The money to be made is by VIC selling this specific procedure to those outside the US and inside the US down the road. The FDA can't make a decision on what they are going to call min manipulated so it may take years until we see value of the process in the US.
And in the EU nobody would ever give him money to use it without the EU patents being issued. That was the whole reason I ever invested in this was the fact that you can process a persons stem cells without having to use chemicals. IE min manipulated procedure. So until we see movement on the EU patent being issued then SVFC is dead as red.
