You should ask Federick Lehrer that question. Of the (alleged) $12 million fraud, Lehrer wrote $10 million of the opinions. He apparently was driving the FSPM bus right into the DOJ and SEC yet he was not charged.

The bigger question is why the FBI and SEC let Lehrer and his associates keep all the legal fees charged in scams like FSPM and other shells operated by Laura Anthony and Joseph Meuse (Marc Jablon's partner).

If what the SEC and DOJ alleged was accurate then Lehrer was paid with investor funds. What gives here and why hasn't Lehrer been held accountable for his bogus opinions in FSPM and AZFL etc etc etc

How can the gate keeper of a purported $12 million dollar fraud like FSPM not be charged? Maybe his former boss, Kenneth Harmon would like to tell us why it is that Frederick Lehrer was not charged? Maybe he could also explain to all of us why he gave Laura Anthony a free pass. I don't think that this conduct is in the AUSA "Guide Book"

What has Harmon done to recover the proceeds for investors from the Lehrer and Anthony scams?
