Since it is speculation Saturday I decided to research TRTC again since their annual came out and the CEO did NOT answer any of my questions submitted.
The following is just an opinion based on speculation and posted here for entertainment purposes and should not be the basis for buying or selling any stocks, including TRTC.
For years now there have been suggestions that TRTC is designed as an insider enrichment ...... but the CEO simply states it is an aggressive growth company........ I chose to side with the CEO till I discovered :
MKSI Investments: owned by Martin Kaufman and Salwa Ibrahim (husband and wife)
I found out that they were the master landlord of BlumOak prior to the merger and that the rent and or lease was going thru another company called CCIG LLC located at 300 Frank H. Ogawa Plaza Suite 340 Oakland, CA 94612
Simply check of facebook page connects parties within LLC to CEO IMHO
I then ran a check using the street name HEGENBERGER , which the CEO referred to as the new Cultivation site in Oakland Ca.
I then discovered an address of 30 HEGENBERGER LOOP that had two common traits, one 13000 Sq ft as published by CEO and its ownership is an LLC located at 300 Frank H. Ogawa Plaza Suite 340 Oakland, CA 94612.
