PSPW through its subsidiary Shala Energy PLC (unless its fake) just secured 1.3 billion euros through the Chinese to add 20% of the total hydro power capacity in Albania. This should push the stock to $5.00+ once officially announced by PSPW. No news for the last 3.5 years! I know you guys dont trust Chinese but this appears to be the signing cermony released on 3/14/2017. I knew they would come through! Billionaires never fail!
