Perhaps I am confused but I don't see how the (new) director at the USPTO will have any impact here?

WDDD is past the IPR stage its done with the PTAB/USPTO

Lee or her replacement are somewhat out of the picture given a ruling has occurred

Even if remanded back they will have clear instruction from the CAFC

So perhaps I am missing something but how exactly would Lee being there or not at this stage have any bearing on WDDD?
