Folks waiting on an update that's all .... takes a little patience sometimes. Also there are some traders trying to push the price down on low volume to get cheapies, hoping someone will sell to them (selling 550 shares for 91 cents isn't done by accident). Like I said yesterday low float = wild swings, especially on low volume. 75,500 shares traded today .... down 21%. One tap and it'll be green for the day.

If that happens and it turns green someone will probably stack the ask around the low 20's to try and keep it down until they get filled at a lower price.
