A lot of times what will happen is for example ceo wants advertising from brand ambassadors, celebrities etc who agree to the deal for shares. The company pays them in shares with a share certificate but many times due to technicalities with the issuance as well as ignorance of the receiver as far as how and who to deposit with... the shares dont get deposited and the certificate just sits in the receivers apartment and gets dusty! They're saving it for a rainy day, maybe! Or, its water under the bridge! Thats the mindset they have thats making us money as it keeps the real float tight... a

Once APRU is current with the TA... i bet if we email the ta they will confirm the 1.8B float doesn't mean 1.8B shares are in the public float.... do some DD !
