I saw a company last week, htgm, get approval and went up 5x overnight. While we can dream of that happening here I don't expect it. With that said once they get approval and start selling there is little risk for a big company to come in and buy them. The people running the company know what it is now worth so if they sell it should be much higher than today's price.
