There may be some truth to it, but EGOH had been showing 200M-300M on the ASK for a long time with no real volume for many months. Just because insiders were able to convert shares to sell doesn't mean that retail buyers (=suckers) would suddenly materialize to gobble up all those new shares when interest didn't exist before to buy what was sitting on the ASK for a long time. [That is, just because there is supply doesn't mean there is demand.]

Unless, of course, somehow, market makers were colluding to prevent people who wanted to buy from buying. (And I don't have reason to think that was so.)

I do think something is going on. But I don't have confidence that it will do regular shareholders any good. But like many of us here, I have to wait and see.
