Angela09, Too, much back biting here. Rise above it and be satisfied that things are progressing... albeit, a little slower than most would have happened, but, remember, months ago, I said two things... "this company will look a lot different than originally planned by Management, and that becoming an electric company was key to advancing all the other sub-divisions. Well, we are at that juncture. Things will be easier from now. JMHO
