BioNeutral Group Inc. (fka BONU)

According to a person at a distributor, BioNeutral sold the rights to Ygiene to Conseal, and Ygiene and STERICIDE are the same product. The part about the rights being sold was news to me. And I don't know if they sold all the rights to everything or not and I don't know if Ygiene and Ogiene are the same thing or not but it sure seems like we are dead here. Question I have is why would that guy accumulate so many shares last year where he had to file a disclosure if this thing truly is dead? That doesn't make sense. Company hasn't told us squat. The fact Conseal apparently bought the rights shows at least somebody is using the product so at least the product wasn't a complete bellyflop even if the management of BONU flopped and disappeared on us. I assume BONU is out of business and I am ticked off somebody can't even issue a press release to their local paper at least to tell shareholders who have lost thousands what happened to the company.
