this isn't dumping it looks like shorting. They are purposely trying to make it go lower looking at the ask. that 229K for example moves from .0429 to .0449 if they want out so badly just leave it where it is and it will get taken. Unless of course the big ask has a purpose of trying to discourage. fire at will knock these suckers out to .10
