IMO this split could be to fight Blackbridge...

There was a court hearing scheduled for 3pm yesterday (3/28/17). It could be Hollywall executed a preemptive split the day before in order to drive down the PPS in an attempt to undermine Blackbridge's conversions at .0001. If so, it would take a massive forward split to plunge the PPS that low.

P.S.: The f/s can be also 1 new share for every X you're holding.

That seems more like issuing a dividend
